Natrual (oil base) - Sand  1 coat sealer 2 coats oil poly $2.00sqft 

Staining (oil base) - Sand 1 coat of Stain 2 coats of oil poly $2.50sqft 

Natrual (water base) - Sand apply 4 coats of water base poly $2.25sqft 

Staining (water base) - Sand apply 1 coat of stain 4 coats of water base poly $.2.75sqft

Installations - Hardwood Flooring $2.00sqft  (not including cost of flooring)

Installations - Laminate/Vinyl - Prefinished  Flooring $2.25sqft (not including cost of flooring)

Steps 

Steps (treads only) - Natrual (oil or water base) $25 per step 

Steps (treads only) - Stain (oil or water base) $30 per step 

Repairs

Rip Out & Replace Boards $30 per board
